Corrections get priority — if something on this site is factually wrong, we want to know before your readers do. Feature requests, bug reports and niche suggestions are all welcome too.

Response times
Corrections are usually handled within a day. Everything else takes two to three working days, sometimes longer at weekends.

Most questions about scoring, platform limits and data sources are already answered in the FAQ — worth thirty seconds first.
What happens to your message
It goes to an inbox and stays there. No mailing list, no CRM, no resale. See the privacy policy.
Things worth reporting
A tag the generator produces that does not make sense for its group. A platform limit that has changed since we documented it. A guide that contradicts another guide. A layout that breaks at a particular width. A niche category with vocabulary we have obviously got wrong. All of these are useful, and specific reports get fixed faster than general impressions.
What we cannot help with: account recovery, shadowban appeals, platform support issues or anything requiring access to your accounts. We are an independent tool with no relationship to any platform, so we have no more leverage there than you do.
